
The IRDC 250 from IRES Technology corp is a wearable and portable video camera. It comes with 2 GB of memory unlike the IRDC 150 which comes with only 1 GB of memory. It can be used as a web cam on a PC as well. Like the IRDC 150 it has a CMOS sensor which has 300 KP resolution and can record video in AVI 640 x 320.
