No for your rank you may not be getting any of the top NITS. IN CBIT you have chances to almost all branches. and BITS depends coz the BITSAT is their own exam and the ratio of allotment of management seats to merit seats will vary according to their wish.

Local ranks are unpredictable. and You get any govt college for sure. and also all reputable good colleges.
