HP makes serious stuff. I purchased this product from Officetronics and got shafted. Sold me a refurb and told me it was new. Serial numbers and the refurbished stickers were removed. Officetronics is a dead pretender and swindle. Remain wide from Officetronics when buying Hewlett Packard (HP) goods. They have awful critical reviews on Google. Company sales HP stuff as a con. Other than that I purchased from TigerDirect and my HP is working outstanding!!!!
